As part of our 5-star service our team will provide free support for the following;

• Password Reset requests
• New email address creation
• Shared Mailbox setup/configuration
• Licence provisioning and changes
• Consultation/advice
• Any other support up to 15mins technician time.

For assistance provided above 15 minutes will be charged at $120/hour, and include but not limited to;

• OneDrive & SharePoint setup and configuration
• Mailbox configuration above 15 minutes
• Licence reallocation (bulk)
• MFA setup
• Remediation tasks related to security breaches outside UBT control.
• Data loss recovery
• Mailbox migration
• Any other Microsoft 365 related support, including remote PC support.

Our current charge rates are set to be consistent with fair IT industry service charges ($120/hr + GST as at August 2015)

A minimum charge of 30 minutes applies. At our discretion, this minimum charge may be waived for issues requiring very brief assistance

Please note: Our technicians may be assisting more than one person at once; in this case the chargeable time will be apportioned according to the actual time spent working on a particular request or machine.
