Software license keys are the responsibility of the license owner.
This applies to any and all software, whether included in a machine purchase or purchased privately.
If at any time software needs to be reinstalled, failure to be able to give a valid license key may necessitate purchasing the software again; this can of course be very expensive. In some cases technicians are able to recover license keys, however this cannot be relied upon, and we cannot be held responsible for any key loss.
Note: This does not include the ESET Antivirus software, for which licensing on Streamline3 machines is maintained by UBT. For any licensing issue with ESET on Streamline3 machines, contact support for assistance.
