Christmas and New Year Support Availability
The IT & Telco teams will have support covering all non-statutory working days over the Christmas and New Year period.
Staffing will be reduced so delays are possible.
Please see information below on what assistance will be available:
Repairs – Operating on all non-statutory days.
Support – Operating on all non-statutory days. We will have a reduced team available to assist with IT and Telco queries.
Whitelisting – Limited support will be available for whitelisting queries - please keep requests to essential issues only.
New orders and dispatch – Processing of new orders may involve some delays between 23rd December and 11th January.
