Our Microsoft 365 Support team are available to assist you with your questions, technical issues, setup, provisioning for your Microsoft 365 services through UBT.
Our team will provide free support for the following;
- Licence provisioning and changes
- Standard practice consultation/advice
Other work performed by our team will be chargeable. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Account onboarding/offboarding
- Password Reset requests
- New email address creation
- Shared Mailbox setup/configuration
- OneDrive & SharePoint setup and configuration
- Mailbox configuration
- Licence reallocation (bulk)
- MFA setup
- Remediation tasks related to security breaches outside UBT control.
- Data loss recovery
- Mailbox migration
- DNS Updates / Changes
- UBT Hosting/Domain setup and configuration
- Any other Microsoft 365 related support, including remote PC support.
Chargeable support is billed in 15-minute increments, with a 15-minute minimum charge.
Our current charge rates are set to be consistent or lower than fair IT industry service charges
New Zealand & Australia:
Standard Support – $180/hr + GST
L2 tech support – $200/hr + GST
L3 tech support - $220/hr + GST
Remediation / Onsite support – $300/hr + GST
United Kingdom:
Support – £90/hr +VAT
Onsite Support – £120/hr +VAT
Remediation Work – £150/hr +VAT
North America:
Hourly Support – $117/hr + TAX (USD)
Remediation Work – $195/hr + TAX (USD)
Hourly Support – $164/hr + TAX (CAD)
Remediation Work – $275/hr + TAX (CAD)
Remediation Work:
All remediation work related to cyber security incidents is billed at the below rates.
ANZ: $300 per hour + GST
UK: £150/hr +VAT
US: $195/hr + TAX
CAN: $275/hr + TAX
