There is currently an issue with Google Play Store not downloading and installing Apps and App Updates. This is a Google issue, not Streamline3, and is being worked on by Google Technicians. Click here how for a workaround for this
Google Search app won't connect
Users will be experiencing an error message when trying to use the Google Search app or Google voice recognition. This is a known issue and is due to necessary filtering rules interfering with the connectivity of the app. Unfortunately there is no ETA for a fix at this time. This will also affect the functionality of the Google Assistant voice control app.
As an alternative, we recommend you use the Chrome browser for any Google searches.

'Living Words' files don't download correctly.
Please go to Play Store and download an app called ES File Explorer (your Streamline3 admin may need to approve this).
The next time you go to open the file, you will be presented with the choice below.
Choose ES Zip Viewer and the file will open normally.
