From time to time, some mobile apps which you have previously Approved will require you to reapprove their access permissions.
When this happens, the app which was under the Approved tab in your Streamline3 Admin Console (under Company/Mobile Apps) will move to the Reapproval Required tab and will not be available in the Play Store on devices for download until you have Reapproved this.
To fix, please follow these steps:
- Login to your Streamline3 Admin Console on your computer
- Click on Company on the menu down the left hand side, then select Mobile Apps
- Click on the Reapproval Required Tab (there will be a number in brackets if there are apps ready to reapprove)
- Click the + symbol beside each app to reapprove the permissions
