About Streamline3 for PC
Streamline3 is an effective device management tool that primarily focuses on enterprise-grade web filtering and protection from harmful content and malware. It is bundled with ESET Endpoint Security which defends against viruses, malware and other forms of malicious attack on the local device.
Related Costs
Streamline3 can be installed on non-UBT devices – in Australia, the initial cost for the installation is $300 AUD plus GST per unit. The ongoing monthly license charge is $35.80 AUD plus GST per unit.
In New Zealand, the initial cost for installation is $300 NZD plus GST per unit. The ongoing monthly license charge is $39.75 NZD plus GST per unit.
Requests to install Streamline3 should come from the account administrator, or have the admin cc’d in to gain their approval.
The cost of the installation(s) will be directly debited from your designated account on the 25th of the month in AU, or 20th in NZ. If your account details have changed, please notify our finance team by emailing onesupport@ubteam.com.
Expanded Access
Expanded access can be applied to the Streamline3 device for wider-community users via the below form. Once submitted, a member of our team will confirm the requested changes have been made within 2 working days.

Ongoing Support
UBT will be responsible for supporting issues caused by Streamline3 or ESET, which are covered under the monthly license. UBT can also provide chargeable remote support for most software-related issues on the device not caused by Streamline3 or ESET. This is charged at $120AUD plus GST in AU and $150NZ plus GST in NZ.
If the device is currently under warranty and a claim must be made, please engage the manufacturer directly for support. We recommend contacting the manufacturer for other hardware and firmware issues, such as boot failures, keyboard/trackpad issues, support for the operating system, or Windows re-installation requests. Minimum hardware requirements
We recommend your device meet or exceed the below hardware specifications. If you wish to install Streamline3 on a device that falls below these specs, we can facilitate this, however it is likely you will experience performance issues.

Unsupported Devices
Currently, Streamline3 currently cannot be installed on the following platforms/configurations:
Microsoft™ Windows XP, 7, 8.0 or 8.1 or any 32-bit operating system
Microsoft™ Windows Server 2019 operating system
All Non-Windows Operating Systems (i.e. Apple Macintosh, Chromebook, Google ChromeOS or Linux)
Any device using a Microsoft SQ1 or SQ2 processor (e.g., Microsoft™ Surface X)
Windows devices running Windows S (this variant only allows the installation of applications from the Windows Store)
Any device using an AMD™ A4-6300 APU with Radeon HD Graphics.
Caveat
Please note that Streamline3 installation on devices that were not purchased from UBT are not a UBT-built and tested image for your specific model/equipment. We cannot guarantee that all pre-installed software, drivers, and operating systems will be compatible and continue to operate similarly. Streamline3 by its nature may cause certain websites and applications to cease functioning (i.e. social media, games).
