To adjust your phone permissions to allow the Connect App to function on your phone, please run through the following steps;
Step 1: Locate and access the settings menu on your device.
Step 2: Locate and access the App settings.
Step 3: Locate and access the Connect App settings.
Step 4: Access the Notifications settings.
Step 5: Ensure that Notifications for the connect app are allowed as below.
Step 6: Go back into the Connect App settings menu and select permissions.
Step 7: Ensure that all required permissions for the connect app are allowed as below.
This should see you able to log into the connect app on your chosen device.
Please be aware that if you have been locked out, you may still need to run through the Password and Pin reset to unlock the account.
