This guide will help reset your password and PIN if you find yourself locked out of the Connect app on your phone, or if you've forgotten your password to Connect
On your Computer:
- Open your web browser and browse to https://ubtconnect.com
- Select Forgot your password?
- Enter your username and press Submit
- You should receive an email with a link to reset your password
- Click the Reset your password link
- Enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password spaces, then click Reset
- Login to the Connect website with your username and new password
- Go to the My Details page
- Click the Settings tab
- Click Edit on the PIN row
- Then enter first your password (1)
- Then your new PIN (2)
- Confirm your PIN (3)
- Click Change PIN
You will now be able to log into the app with your new PIN

Please also be aware that for security reasons, the Connect App is now designed to lock onto a single user’s Streamline device. In cases where multiple people attempt to log in using the same credentials, the account may become blocked and you will need to reset the security login details. Once reset, the Connect app will then automatically ‘lock’ onto the very next Streamline handset you use to log into the app.
