Adobe Reader may fail at some time, this can happen when it is updating itself.
For Windows7/8/10 Machines
- Search for and open Add or Remove Programs
- Wait until the list loads then find Adobe Reader in the list and click uninstall
- Restart the machine
- Click here to download Adobe Reader. Allow 10 seconds for the page to fully load, it is best to untick any free antivirus software downloads if offered.
