Q. When i use @, instead of it being by the number 2 on the keyboard, i have to press shift & then the ; button.
A. This is caused by the Keyboard layout being set to UK-English rather than the US-English used in NZ. Normally this is due to a mistake in the original setup by the user.
To correct this you open the language bar (normally in bottom right hand corner of screen) and work thru the option to set default language to US-English, then on the keyboard layout options, select UK-English and 'remove'. This will prevent recurrence of the issue.
