If your phone has been stolen or lost, please advise us on 0800 UBT 123 (0800 828123), or open a support request.
- You can ask us to place a call bar on your phone. This means the phone cannot be used if stolen.
- If your phone is covered by insurance, UBT will email you the appropriate insurance forms to fill out. Once a replacement is issued, your previous device will be blacklisted on NZ Networks and your phone number transferred to a new SIM card.
